In stock items & preorder items upon arrival:
All orders are carefully packed with love by our solo-parent-run team. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order is packed with care!
If your order includes preorder items, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock. Preorder items typically ship to Mini Me TCG within 1–3 business days and, depending on stock and origin, usually arrive at Mini Me TCG within 14 business days.
Once we receive your preorder items, we inspect each item carefully before packaging and shipping them to you within 3 business days.
To avoid delays on non-preorder items, we recommend purchasing preorder items separately.
As a family-run, solo-parent business, we take extra care with every order to ensure it reaches you safely and ready to enjoy.
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.
We take care to package your items securely to ensure they arrive safely. All quilts are carefully folded and wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. Trading card game products are also packaged with protective materials to safeguard their condition.
We currently ship to addresses within Australia. If we do not offer shipping to your location, please contact us at sales@minimetcg.com.au for assistance.
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate and assist with a resolution. Please retain the original packaging for claims.
Delivery times depends on the products ordered (ie preorder products), their originating location (ie Japan/China/In stock), the shipping method chosen and your location. Once items are in stock and shipped, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. International shipping times if applicable, vary by destination.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, we are unable to make changes. Please double-check your order before submitting. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us immediately at sales@minimetcg.com.au, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Preorder items are not able to be cancelled at all once the order has been submitted and paid.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Use the tracking number provided to monitor your order’s status.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping.
We accept payments through PayPal and Bank Transfer. Your payment will be processed securely, and we will notify you once your order has been confirmed.
For Trading Card Game Products, returns are only accepted where video evidence can be supplied of the product being unpacked from the shipping box (for damaged items) within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt. Opened TCG products are not eligible for a return/refund.
