Preorder products are items purchased before stock is available for immediate dispatch. Mini Me TCG may source preorder products from Australian and international suppliers, including suppliers in Japan, China and Korea.
Trading card games and collectible products are frequently subject to release-date changes, staggered releases, allocation changes and supplier delays. By placing a preorder with Mini Me TCG, you acknowledge and agree to the following Preorder Terms & Conditions.
Full payment is required to secure a preorder.
Your preorder is not secured until payment has been received and cleared in full. Once payment has cleared, Mini Me TCG may submit the order to our supplier, reserve supplier allocation and/or commit funds specifically to fulfil your order.
Where payment is delayed, supplier availability and pricing may change before the preorder can be secured.
Where payment has not been completed, stock, pricing and preorder allocation are not reserved or guaranteed.
Please only place a preorder if you are committed to purchasing the product.
Once a paid preorder has been submitted or secured with our supplier, cancellations, refunds, exchanges or store credit are not available for change of mind, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

All release dates, supplier availability dates, supplier dispatch dates, estimated arrival dates and delivery timeframes displayed on the Mini Me TCG website or communicated through social media, email or direct message are estimates only and are not guaranteed dates.
Trading card and collectible releases may be affected by circumstances outside Mini Me TCG's control, including:
A change or delay to an estimated release, supplier dispatch, arrival or customer delivery timeframe does not automatically cancel the preorder or create a change-of-mind cancellation or refund entitlement.
Your preorder will remain active and Mini Me TCG will continue working to fulfil it as soon as the applicable stock becomes available.
For products sourced from China:
Please allow up to four (4) weeks from the release date or supplier order submission date (whichever is later) for stock to arrive with Mini Me TCG in Australia.
This timeframe allows for supplier processing and response times, stock availability and allocation, preparation for dispatch, international freight and customs processing.
Products may arrive considerably sooner; however, customers should use the four-week timeframe when considering their expected arrival timeframe before placing an order.
Occasionally, manufacturer, distributor, supplier allocation or other circumstances outside Mini Me TCG's control may extend this estimated timeframe. Where this occurs, Mini Me TCG will provide updates when meaningful information becomes available.
Japanese products are generally received considerably faster once the applicable product is released and available for supplier fulfilment.
As a general guide, customers should allow approximately 1–1.5 weeks from the release date or supplier order submission date (whichever is later) for stock to arrive with Mini Me TCG.
This is an estimated timeframe only and may be affected by supplier processing, stock allocation, release-date changes, public holidays, international freight or other circumstances outside Mini Me TCG's control.
Timeframes for products sourced from Korea or other international suppliers vary depending on the supplier, product, release and freight method.
Where available, an estimated arrival timeframe will be displayed on the applicable product listing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all international preorder timeframes are estimates only and remain subject to supplier, allocation, release, freight and customs delays.
Mini Me TCG makes every reasonable effort to secure sufficient stock to fulfil confirmed preorders. However, manufacturers, distributors and suppliers may occasionally reduce, delay, stagger or cancel allocations after orders have been submitted.
This may occur due to:
Where allocation is delayed or staggered, your preorder will remain active and will be fulfilled as applicable stock becomes available.
Where necessary, Mini Me TCG may attempt to source the affected product through another reputable supplier.
If Mini Me TCG is ultimately unable to supply the product ordered, affected customers will be contacted and an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Some manufacturers, distributors and suppliers release preorder stock progressively across multiple allocations or shipments.
Where Mini Me TCG's supplier allocation is received progressively, customer orders may also need to be fulfilled progressively as stock becomes available.
A staggered supplier allocation does not mean that the customer's preorder has been cancelled and does not, by itself, create a change-of-mind cancellation or refund entitlement.
If your order contains:
your entire order will generally be dispatched once all products within the order have arrived and are ready for shipment.
The latest-arriving product therefore determines when the complete order can be dispatched.
If you would like products dispatched separately as they become available, we strongly recommend placing separate orders at checkout.
If you subsequently request that an existing combined order be split, additional shipping charges will apply.
Mini Me TCG may occasionally receive only part of a supplier order or allocation.
Where this occurs, orders may be fulfilled progressively as stock becomes available.
Where an individual customer order contains multiple products, available products may be held until all products within that order are available unless separate shipping is arranged.
Mini Me TCG may, at its discretion, offer earlier partial shipment where practical. Additional postage may apply.
Imported products are affected by supplier pricing, foreign exchange rates, international freight costs and market conditions.
The price paid at checkout applies to your confirmed preorder once payment has cleared and the preorder has been secured.
Prices for subsequent orders or additional stock may increase or decrease.
A reduction in the advertised price or secondary-market value after your preorder has been placed does not entitle you to a refund of the difference or cancellation of your preorder for change of mind.
Likewise, where the market price increases after your paid preorder has been secured, Mini Me TCG will not increase the price of that confirmed preorder solely because its market value has increased.
International supplier orders may occasionally attract additional freight, customs, duties, taxes or other import-related charges due to their size, weight, value, supplier location or shipping requirements.
Where an unexpected additional charge requires customer approval, Mini Me TCG will contact the customer before proceeding.
International preorder timeframes contained within this policy refer to stock arriving with Mini Me TCG in Australia, not delivery to the customer's address.
Once stock arrives, products will be checked, processed, packed and dispatched as quickly as reasonably possible.
Australian carrier delivery timeframes commence after your order has been dispatched and are separate from supplier and international preorder timeframes.
Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Mini Me TCG does not accept cancellations, refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind on preorder products once the preorder has been submitted or secured with our supplier.
Release-date changes, delayed or staggered releases, supplier allocation changes, supplier processing delays, international freight delays and changes to estimated arrival dates do not, by themselves, constitute a change-of-mind cancellation or refund entitlement.
This applies whether the change originates from a manufacturer, publisher, distributor, supplier, freight provider or another party involved in the supply chain.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that a customer may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If a manufacturer, publisher, distributor or supplier permanently cancels a product and Mini Me TCG is consequently unable to fulfil the preorder, affected customers will be contacted.
Where Mini Me TCG cannot supply the product ordered, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Where only one product within a larger order is affected, the remainder of the order will remain active unless otherwise required by law.
Nothing in these Preorder Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Mini Me TCG's preorder cancellation policy applies to change-of-mind cancellations and operates in addition to, and does not replace, customers' statutory consumer rights.
