We reserve the right to update these Terms without prior notice, and we encourage you to check them regularly. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes. We may withdraw or amend Services without prior notice and will not be liable for any disruption or downtime.

By placing an order, you enter into a contract with Mini Me TCG. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price. Dispatch times may vary, and we are not liable for delays due to postal issues or unforeseen events (force majeure). Orders are not final until payment is processed.

Pricing & Availability
We strive to ensure all pricing is accurate, however, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Mini Me TCG reserves the right to cancel orders due to supplier issues, pricing or description errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not registered for GST, therefore all prices listed are exclusive of GST.
• Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Preorder Terms & Conditions

General Preorder Policy
• All imported products (including Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and other foreign-language TCG products) are subject to daily fluctuations in wholesale pricing and currency exchange rates. Some products are more volatile than others.
• The price at the time of your order is final and will not be adjusted for later increases ordecreases.
• Orders are placed with suppliers once payment is received in full.

Processing & Shipping Times by Supplier Location
Japan:
• Preorders from Japan typically ship within 1–5 business days from release date and take approximately 4 days to reach Mini Me TCG.
• Our Japanese suppliers dispatch to us Tuesdays and Fridays only. If your payment is not received in time for the Tuesday shipment, it will be included in the Friday shipment.

Philippines (Chinese & Korean Products):
• Some of our Chinese and Korean suppliers are based in the Philippines. DHL’s partner collects shipments Mondays and Wednesdays only.
• If your order misses Monday’s collection, it will be sent Wednesday (and vice versa).
• Shipping time from the Philippines to Mini Me TCG can take up to 10 days.

China (Direct Shipments):
• Orders are collated and shipped once a week on Thursdays.
• Standard shipping time from China to Brisbane, Australia is 5–10 business days.

Combined Orders

If you purchase a combination of preorder and in-stock items, or a mix of TCG products in multiple languages, your order will be shipped only once all items are in stock.

We recommend placing separate orders if you want in-stock items sooner.

Preorder Availability

While rare, some new release products may sell out with our supplier before we can place your order. In this case, we will:
1. Attempt to source from an alternative supplier; or

2. Refund your order in full.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

6. Payment
• All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• We accept PayPal and Bank Transfer.
• Payment must be made within 1 hour for Bank Transfers to secure your order. Failure to pay within this time may result in cancellation.

7. Returns & Refunds
• Quilts: 14-day return policy applies for damaged or faulty quilts upon receipt.
• TCG Products: Returns only accepted if damaged or faulty upon arrival and video evidence of unpacking from the shipping box can be supplied. Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

8. Liability Disclaimer
The materials and products on this Site are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. Mini Me TCG is not liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from use of this Site or its contents.

We may link to third-party websites for your convenience. Access to these is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for their content.

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Mini Me TCG and its affiliates from any third-party claims, liabilities, or costs arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
