At Mini Me TCG, many of our products are sourced directly from Australian and international suppliers, including Japan, China, Korea, and the Philippines.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pricing & Payment

Imported trading card products are subject to frequent fluctuations in:

• wholesale pricing,
• supplier availability,
• freight costs,
• and currency exchange rates.

Some products are significantly more volatile than others.

Prices displayed at checkout are only locked once payment has been received and cleared in full.

Orders are submitted to suppliers after payment has cleared.

If payment is delayed, pricing and availability may change prior to supplier submission.

Estimated Supplier & Shipping Timeframes

Please note all timeframes below are estimates only and may vary due to:

• supplier delays,
• manufacturer delays,
• release date changes,
• customs processing,
• courier disruptions,
• or allocation adjustments.

Japan

• Suppliers dispatch to Mini Me TCG on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
• Orders that miss a shipment cutoff will be included in the next dispatch cycle.
• Products typically arrive to Mini Me TCG within approximately 4 days after supplier dispatch.
• Overall processing time from order submitted to supplier, to arrival at MM TCG is approximately 1-1.5 weeks

Philippines (Some Chinese & Korean Products)

• Suppliers dispatch to Mini Me TCG on Mondays and Wednesdays only.
• Orders that miss shipment cutoff will be dispatched in the next available shipment.
• Products typically arrive to Mini Me TCG within 8 days after supplier dispatch.
• Overall processing time from order submitted to supplier, to arrival at MM TCG is approximately 3 weeks

China (Direct Shipments)

• Suppliers dispatch to Mini Me TCG on Thursdays only. Note that processing times for Chinese suppliers can be up to 7 business days.
• Orders that miss shipment cutoff will be dispatched in the next available shipment.
• Products typically arrive to Mini Me TCG within approximately 4 - 8 days after supplier dispatch.
• Overall processing time from order submitted to supplier, to arrival at MM TCG is approximately 3 weeks

Combined Orders

Orders containing:

• preorder and in-stock items,
• multiple preorder release dates,
• or products sourced from different supplier regions,

will be shipped only once all items in the order have arrived and are ready for dispatch.

If you would like items shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

Availability & Supplier Allocations

While uncommon, products may occasionally become unavailable with our suppliers after your order is placed due to:

• supplier sellouts,
• reduced allocations,
• manufacturer shortages,
• or distribution changes.

If this occurs, Mini Me TCG may:

1. Attempt to source the product from an alternative supplier; or
2. Provide a full refund for the affected item/s.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once a preorder has been submitted to our supplier, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.

Please ensure you are committed to your preorder before placing your order.

Import Fees & Charges

Large orders may occasionally incur additional import fees, customs charges, duties, or related costs depending on supplier origin, order value, and shipping requirements.

If applicable, Mini Me TCG will contact you prior to proceeding.

Agreement

By placing a preorder with Mini Me TCG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Preorder Terms & Conditions.
