Bulk Grading – Minimum 10 Cards

Got a stack of cards waiting for their slab debut? Bulk Grading is the most economical way to submit a larger collection.

Important: Bulk pricing is available for qualifying submissions of at least 10 cards. Mini Me TCG must be able to meet Sentinel’s minimum submission requirements before lodging cards under the Bulk service.

Turnaround Times: Sentinel’s advertised processing estimates exclude Mini Me TCG submission scheduling, delivery, collection and return shipping. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

Optional Artistic Labels

Sentinel’s optional Artistic Labels provide an enhanced presentation that complements your graded card.

Simply select a grading variation that includes an Artistic Label if you’d like to add this upgrade to your submission.

Artistic Label availability is subject to Sentinel’s applicable service requirements and eligible card designs.

• Bulk Grading: $17.60 per card – Minimum 10 cards
• Bulk Grading + Artistic Label: $20.90 per card – Minimum 10 cards
• Standard Grading: $22.00 per card
• Standard Grading + Artistic Label: $25.30 per card
• Express Grading: $30.80 per card
• Express Grading + Artistic Label: $34.10 per card

Each quantity purchased represents one card submitted for grading. If submitting multiple cards using different grading options, add each required variation and quantity to your cart.

How Our Grading Submission Service Works

1. Choose Your Grading Service: Select Bulk, Standard or Express, with or without an Artistic Label.
2. Purchase Your Grading Slots: Add one grading service to your cart for each card you wish to submit.
3. Send Your Cards: Carefully package your cards and send them to Mini Me TCG using tracked postage, or arrange grading of eligible cards pulled during our livestreams.
4. Submission Preparation: Mini Me TCG receives and prepares your cards for submission.
5. Personal Delivery: We personally deliver your cards directly to Sentinel Grading.
6. Professional Grading: Sentinel assesses, grades and encapsulates your cards.
7. Personal Collection: Once grading is complete, we personally collect your graded cards from Sentinel.
8. Return Shipping: Your graded cards are carefully packaged and returned using tracked shipping.

Submission Schedule

Mini Me TCG submits cards to Sentinel Grading regularly, generally once per week.

Submission dates may vary depending on the number of cards received, operational requirements and Sentinel’s availability.

Cards received after a submission has been prepared may be included in the following submission.

Bulk Submissions: Bulk cards are submitted once the required minimum of 10 cards has been met for a qualifying submission. This may affect the submission date and overall turnaround time.

We aim to minimise unnecessary waiting while coordinating submissions efficiently.

Grading Your Mini Me TCG Livestream Pulls

Just pulled something special during a Mini Me TCG livestream?

Instead of having your card shipped to you first, eligible cards can be submitted directly for grading through Mini Me TCG.

For livestream cards being considered for grading, we provide:

• 1 × Front photograph
• 1 × Back photograph
• Basic dust and lint removal where appropriate

Optional Detailed Inspection – $5 per card: Additional close-up photographs of corners, edges, surfaces and visible marks.

Photographs and inspections are provided for general condition assessment only. They are not professional grading assessments and do not guarantee any particular grade.

Submitting Cards from Your Own Collection

Already have cards you’d like professionally graded? No problem!

Purchase your grading services through Mini Me TCG and arrange to send your cards to us.

We recommend photographing the front and back of every card before packaging and retaining your tracking details.

Optional Basic Cleaning – $5 per card: Light dust and lint removal where appropriate. This does not include restoration, polishing, scratch removal or card repair.

Preparing Your Cards for Submission

To help protect your cards during transit, please ensure they are packaged appropriately.

• Place each card in a clean penny sleeve.
• Use a suitable semi-rigid card holder where appropriate.
• Protect cards between rigid cardboard.
• Use appropriate cushioning and sturdy outer packaging.
• Include your order reference and submission details.
• Use tracked postage when sending cards to Mini Me TCG.

Cards requiring additional preparation or packaging materials may incur a $1 per card handling fee, where applicable. Any additional fee will be confirmed before it is charged.

Shipping & Collection

One of the advantages of submitting through Mini Me TCG is that we personally deliver and collect grading submissions directly from Sentinel.

This means your cards do not need to be posted between Mini Me TCG and Sentinel Grading.

• Customer to Mini Me TCG: Customers are responsible for safely sending their cards to us.
• Mini Me TCG to Sentinel: Personally delivered by Mini Me TCG.
• Sentinel to Mini Me TCG: Personally collected by Mini Me TCG.
• Mini Me TCG to Customer: Tracked return shipping, charged separately.

Return Shipping: A flat shipping rate applies based on the weight of the completed shipment.

Optional transit insurance may be available at an additional cost, subject to carrier terms and eligibility.

• All professional grading decisions are made by Sentinel Grading.
• Mini Me TCG does not determine or guarantee grades.
• Bulk Grading requires a qualifying submission of at least 10 cards.
• Bulk submissions may be held until the minimum quantity is reached.
• Grading turnaround estimates exclude submission scheduling and shipping.
• Grading services must be paid for before submission.
• Once cards have been lodged with Sentinel, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate card and submission information.
• Cards are submitted subject to Sentinel’s applicable grading requirements and service terms.
