Card Preparation Requirements
All cards must be:
- Penny sleeved
- Placed in a semi-rigid holder (Card Saver style)
- Toploaders are NOT accepted
- Sent in the exact order you would like them submitted
Incorrect preparation will incur:
- $1 per card handling/materials fee
Customer Shipping Instructions
When sending cards to Mini Me TCG:
- Sandwich between rigid cardboard
- Bubble wrap securely
- Ship in a box only
⚠️ Envelopes or padded mailers are sent at your own risk
Shipping, Fees & Upcharges
- Shipping fees to middleman and return shipping are not included and will be invoiced separately.
- Any upcharges (declared value tiers, etc.) will be invoiced separately.
- Final return shipping to customer will be invoiced separately
- Insurance is optional and at the customer’s expense.
Condition & Photo Policy
- Livestream pulls: Basic front and back photos provided, or additional Inspection Service Add On as outlined above available for purchase
- External submissions: Customers must take timestamped photos prior to sending
Mini Me TCG is not responsible for condition disputes after submission.

- Payment required upfront before submission
- No cancellations once submitted
